Custom Application Development
Scalable software built for your business needs.
Custom Software Built to Scale Your Business.
When off-the-shelf software stops fitting
Most businesses reach a point where the tools they bought start dictating how they work. Processes get bent to fit the software, data gets re-keyed between systems, and the workarounds quietly become the process.
We build high-quality custom applications for startups, small businesses and enterprises, and integrate them with the tools you already use. The goal is software shaped around your operation — and an architecture that still holds when the business is several times its current size.
What we build
From a first release to a platform running a business.
Custom web and mobile applications
Software designed around how your team actually works, rather than a process reshaped to fit whatever tool you could buy.
eCommerce, CRM, ERP, HR and HealthTech
Industry-specific platforms for retail, sales, operations, people and healthcare — built where an off-the-shelf product stops fitting.
Payment, sales and automation integrations
Payment gateways, sales platforms and automation tools wired into one system, so data stops being re-keyed between them.
Architecture that scales with you
Built to hold up as users, data and teams grow — from a small business to an enterprise — without a rewrite at the point it starts working.
Also built here
These are not separate services with separate contracts — they are how a custom application gets built, at different stages of its life.
MVP development
A lean first version to validate the idea with real users before the full build is committed to.
SaaS platforms
Multi-tenant architecture, subscription billing, role-based access and the analytics to run it.
API and integration work
REST and GraphQL APIs, third-party integrations, and the glue between systems that were never designed to talk.
QA and testing
Automated and manual testing, performance work and security review — part of the build, not a separate purchase.
From workflow map to running software
Four stages. The architecture decisions happen first, because they are the expensive ones to revisit.
Discovery and architecture
1–2 weeksWe map the workflows the software has to support and the systems it has to talk to, then decide the architecture against how you expect to grow — not against today alone.
Design and build
8–16 weeksBuilt in increments you can use and react to. The range is wide because integration count drives it far more than feature count does; we narrow it during discovery.
Integration and QA
2–4 weeksConnecting to payments, CRMs and the tools you already run, with automated and manual testing across the paths your business cannot afford to have break.
Launch and handover
OngoingDeployment, documentation and knowledge transfer to your team. Ongoing support is available if you want it, but the handover is real either way.
Our engineers work agent-assisted through the build itself, which is how these timelines compress without cutting code review or testing.
Questions we get asked first
We already run other systems. Will this work with them?
That is usually most of the work. We integrate with the payment gateways, CRMs, ERPs and internal tools you already use rather than asking you to replace working software. Discovery maps those systems first, because integration count is the single biggest driver of both timeline and cost.
How long does a custom application take?
Discovery and architecture take one to two weeks, and a first production release typically follows in eight to sixteen weeks. The range is wide honestly: an application touching two systems and one touching ten are different projects, and we narrow the estimate during discovery rather than guessing before it.
Can we start smaller and grow into it?
Yes, and often you should. We build an MVP to validate the idea with real users, then extend it rather than rebuilding — which is why the architecture decisions in stage one matter more than they appear to. Starting small is a sequencing choice, not a lesser version of the work.
Is QA included, or extra?
Included. Automated and manual testing, performance checks and security review are part of the build rather than a separate line item. Testing bought separately tends to arrive too late to change anything.
What happens when we outgrow the first version?
The architecture is chosen in stage one to defer that as long as is reasonable — multi-tenancy, data model and infrastructure decided against your growth expectations rather than your current numbers. When the product does need to change shape, we scale it or hand it over cleanly, and the documentation exists either way.
