We are not sure AI applies to our business. Where do we start?
With the AI Opportunity Audit. We spend one to two weeks mapping how your team actually works, then rank the candidates by value and feasibility. The output is a prioritised shortlist you keep, including the honest answer where automation is not worth it yet.
How long before we see something working?
A prototype sprint typically produces a working demo on your own data in two to three weeks. A production build usually runs four to eight weeks after that, depending on how many systems it has to touch.
Can AI work with the systems we already use?
Yes — that is most of the work. We connect AI to your existing APIs, databases and internal tools, including through MCP, with scoped permissions and audit trails. We do not ask you to replace working software to make AI fit.
Who maintains the AI once it is live?
We do, if you want us to. Managed AI Operations covers monitoring, evaluation and improvement on a monthly retainer. If you would rather run it in-house, we hand over documentation and train your team during the build instead.
What does an AI project cost?
It depends on how many systems are involved and how much data preparation is needed, so we scope it against your shortlist rather than quoting blind. The audit is deliberately small and time-boxed, so you can find out what is worth building before committing to a build.
